Not usAnd this is where to go instead

A crisis tonight

We are not fast enough. This is who is, and we are still here tomorrow.

We are a booked practice with a waiting list. If you are thinking about ending your life, or you are frightened of what you might do in the next few hours, we are the wrong door tonight.

Ring 888-NEW-LIFE (888 639 5433), the national mental health and suicide prevention line, which answers around the clock, or go to the emergency department at the University Hospital of the West Indies or Kingston Public Hospital.

Then ring us tomorrow. We hold one hour a week back for exactly this and we will find it for you.
