A low mood that has lasted months

Not a bad week. The kind where you have stopped expecting it to lift.

Usual length
12–20 sessions, reviewed with you at six
A session
50 minutes · JMD 3,000 to 9,500
The whole course
JMD 36,000 to 190,000 across the bands

Longer work, and slower. The first four or five sessions are usually spent getting a shape on it: when it arrived, what it took first, and what is still standing.

If you are already on medication we work alongside it and alongside whoever prescribed it. If you are not, we will not push you towards it or away from it; that is a conversation with a doctor.

What the first session looks at
How long it has been, what has gone out of the week, and whether you are sleeping too much or not at all.

Where two names are here, either can take it. The call decides on the wait and on who sounds right to you rather than on a rota.
