Something that happened to you

Assault, an accident, or a childhood you have never described to anyone.

Usual length
16–30 sessions, reviewed with you at six
A session
50 minutes · JMD 3,000 to 9,500
The whole course
JMD 48,000 to 285,000 across the bands

The longest work we do, and the one where we go slowest at the start. Nobody is asked to give an account of anything in the first session. We spend the early weeks on what happens in your body now, not on what happened then.

Camille holds this work and carries a waiting list. If the wait is too long we will tell you who else in Kingston does it well.

What the first session looks at
Nothing about the event itself. Sleep, startle, what sets it off now, and who knows.

And the wait, counted this Monday

Where two names are here, either can take it. The call decides on the wait and on who sounds right to you rather than on a rota.
