Grief in the first two years

After a death, including the ones nobody around you counts as a big loss.

Usual length
10–18 sessions, reviewed with you at six
A session
50 minutes · JMD 3,000 to 9,500
The whole course
JMD 30,000 to 171,000 across the bands

There is no schedule for this and we will not give you one. What we can do is sit with it weekly while the rest of your life goes back to normal around you, which is the part most people find unbearable.

We see a lot of people at month four, when the phone calls stop and everybody assumes it is over.

What the first session looks at
Who died and when, what the last weeks were like, and what you have not been able to say out loud yet.

Where two names are here, either can take it. The call decides on the wait and on who sounds right to you rather than on a rota.
